A complete replacement of the original Hymer electric system, improving capacity, reliability, and monitoring.
The original Hymer system is overcomplicated and uses a hybrid battery system that has proven not to be reliable, and it costs a fortune to replace in case of a damaged battery. It also works with an EBL, a system found in most RVs, but if it fails, nothing works anymore. This is why we replace it with a much more simple and reliable solution.
Using the same location as the original system, we install the following:
LiFePO₄ Batteries (Roamer or Victron) up to 800 Ah (4x more than Hymer)
Victron Orion XS DC-DC for faster charging while driving ( 50A / 700W )
Victron MPPT solar charger, sized accordingly depending on your solar array.
Victron 1600VA Multiplus Inverter Charger: faster charge while plugged
Victron Battery protect to disconnect load automatically during a critically low discharge
Victron Lynx and Shunt for distribution and battery monitoring.
The Victron Cerbo GX microcomputer allows users to monitor and control everything from a single touchscreen.
New tank sensor
3x Bluetooth temperature and humidity sensors
With this system, you have all data and control over the system on the GX Touch 50 screen, allowing you to see the whole electric system. You have control over the inverter, switches, and info such as critical temperatures like battery, inside and outside, but also your fresh and grey water levels.
You can access the system from anywhere in the world with a router, hotspot, or Starlink. This feature also enables us to check on your system no matter where you are if you ever encounter an issue.
